Dr Deolkar, Senior GP Partner, M.B.B.S, (India 1993), D.R.C.O.G.
Dr Deolkar has worked in Bulwell for over 15 years. She enjoys the variety of cases she sees in General Practice and has an interest in dermatology and minor surgery. Dr Deolkar is the Practice Research and Safeguarding Lead and runs our vulnerable adult and child patient MDTs. In her spare time, Dr Deolkar enjoys walking her golden retriever and walking holidays in Scotland.
Dr Andrew Foster, GP Partner, MRCGP 2010 Birmingham, BMBS 2005 Nottingham, BMedSci, DCH
Dr Foster has been a GP Partner at the practice since 2011. He studied at Nottingham University and completed his GP training in Birmingham. Dr Foster is excited by the broad scope of General Practice, and loves seeing patients from the young to “not so young”, and problems from toenails to trichotillomania. He enjoys supporting his colleagues and is a Director of Nottingham City General Practice Alliance, where he developed the www.SignpostingHealth.com programme, and sits on the local RCGP Vale of Trent Faculty Board. Creativity and technology are also passions, which have led to a blog (www.avoidingpuddles.com)and podcast (www.egplearning.podbean.com). Dr Foster is also the Clinical Director of Bulwell & Top Valley Primary Care Network.
Benjamin Moorhouse, Advanced Nurse Practitioner Partner
Ben is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with significant clinic experience in Primary, Urgent and Emergency care, with a Master’s Degree in Advancing Professional Practice from Sheffield Hallam University. In recent years he has also worked in clinical governance and quality roles at a national level; whilst maintaining a strong focus on delivering high quality outcomes for patients. Outside of the NHS, Ben has been involved in delivering pre-hospital and event medicine, including teaching on volunteer and professional courses.
James Waldron, Salaried GP
James joined the Practice in August 2018. He is a Clinical GP and is mixing his GP work at the practice with his work on Medical Education and Leadership.
Dr John Lu
John is a newly qualified GP splitting his time on a fellowship programme between working in the practice and undertaking a mixture of project and personal development work for the benefit of the wider health care community.
Andrew McGregor, Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Is a full time, experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner with an interest in urgent medical care.

Jo Booth, Nurse Prescriber
Nurse Jo has been with the practice for over 10 years. She leads our diabetic care at the practice. Jo is able to provide a full range of Practice Nurse services. She is a qualified nurse prescriber and is able to prescribe medication, assess minor illnesses and review long term conditions independently.
Elaine Webb, Practice Nurse
Nurse Elaine leads the management of our patients with long term respiratory problems. Elaine also manages other long term conditions and provides a full range of Practice Nurse services.
Ellie Blake, Health Care Assistant
Ellie is a skilled and experienced Health Care Assistant. She is able to perform a range of activities including blood taking and ECGs. Ellie plays a key role in managing our long term conditions and collects information and measurements as part of patient’s routine reviews.
Julie and Cheryl, Phlebotomists
Split their time between administrative & reception duties and running blood taking clinics for our patients.
