We strive to deliver great primary care and outstanding service to help the people of Bulwell remain healthy and achieve their potential
From 4 July 2022 all patients, carers, relatives and visitors attending the practice must wear a face covering (covering both the mouth and nose) unless exempt whilst in the practice – this includes whilst waiting in the waiting room. Patients must not attend the practice if they have a new cough, temperature / fever symptoms, a loss of taste or sense of smell, sore throat or blocked / runny nose unless they have told one of our clinicians about these symptoms and have been asked to attend. The wearing of face coverings has been reintroduced across all health care settings in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire due to the increase in local infections and the very serious risk this poses to our frail and vulnerable patients.
We continue to offer online booking into telephone appointments in order to reduce the time spent waiting on the phones. We have also introduced a number of bookable face to face appointments as well. Please do not book a face to face appointment if you have any cough, cold or COVID symptoms – you must speak to a clinician in a telephone appointment first.
