You are able to see your test results online using the NHS App if you have access to see either your full clinical record or your detailed coded record. Access to these can be requested within the app.
If your clinician has decided it is necessary to speak with you about your test result, we will contact you to arrange a suitable follow up appointment. This may be by telephone or by sending you an email or SMS with a secure booking link to allow you to book a suitable appointment online. It is very important that you look out for these emails / text messages as this may be the only notification we send.
If you would like more information about your test result, why not use the request an appointment or ask for help button above, a member of the team will then get back to you. Alternatively, our reception team are able to relay information about test results once they have been reviewed by your clinician.
