Non-urgent advice: Our opening times
Our patients have access to a range of appointments during Extended Access periods. These are currently 6.30pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.
The fastest way to contact us is online. Online messages and requests are monitored during our core contract hours and are great for requesting fit (sick) notes, asking about new health problems and requesting long term health review appointments.
Your can send us an online request using the link here or via the NHS App – both are free to use.
The best way to order repeat prescriptions is by using the NHS App, online, or by logging in to your SystmOne account.
You can update your personal or contact details by filling in an online request or in person at our reception.
If you are not registered with us and need to contact us directly regarding a patient, you can either submit an online message (no login required) or email us at nnicb-nn.parksidemedicalpractice@nhs.net.
If you are not registered with us and need to contact us directly and your contact does not regard a patient, you can either use our contact form or email us at nnicb-nn.parksidemedicalpractice@nhs.net.
If you wish to make a Subject Access Request, these can be requested using our secure online form.

Our opening times
Our reception team is available Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm. We are closed on all bank holidays.
We run a range of clinics during the week and have access to Extended Access clinics early in the morning, into the evening and on Saturdays (please note: these may be delivered from any of the practices within Bulwell and Top Valley Primary Care Network).
Outside of these times please consider self care options, seeing a local pharmacist, calling 111, attending the Urgent Care Centre or in an emergency calling 999.
