Feedback is important to us. It helps us improve our care and services by letting us know what is or isn’t working. This shows us where to focus our efforts.
We read all feedback and review comments and statistics in our staff meetings.
As a result of discussion at our last Patient Participation Group meeting, we decided to develop a way of routinely capturing feedback whilst patients are at the practice. Our new Feedback System was designed and made by our team using an old secondhand iPad and a simple inexpensive display stand.
Patients are able to use the station to give Friends and Family feedback, leave comments on NHSChoices, sign up for Patient Group and practice updates, and access information about Self Care and Community Services.
The next time you are in the practice, visit the Feedback Station in the main corridor and tell us about your visit.
You can also help us improve by responding to our feedback text messages which we send after your appointment.
