Our our clinicians are supported by a highly skilled team of people, without whom the practice would not be able to function. We ask that they are treated with respect at all times.

Our highly skilled reception and care navigation team are often the first point of contact with the practice.

They have received significant training to enable them to support patients in accessing the most appropriate care to meet their identified needs. This may not always be an appointment with one of the clinicians within the practice – a lot of health concerns can be safely managed by other services and often do not require the involvement of a GP or a nurse.

We also have a number of administrative and secretarial roles that support the day to day functioning of the practice, managing incoming letters (around 100 a day!), processing prescription requests (several thousand items a week) and processing referrals to secondary care.

We have two duty managers, who provide line management to the reception and administrative teams and act as the first point of contact for issues and concerns that happen during our opening hours.
