As you may already know, we have recently suffered a serious flood which has affected all of our office space. As a result of this we have had to change how we do a number of things, with people working from different parts of the building.
Patients who use smart phones or have access to the internet can help us significantly at this time by ordering their repeat medications online or via the NHS App – this significantly reduces the amount of work that is needed to safely issue a repeat prescription.
Only patients who receive their medications in blister packs and those who are housebound should order their medications via their preferred pharmacy.
